Sturdy strength will help you sort! Sturdy Mail Sorters are made of compressed wood with adjustable hardboard dividers. This Wood 18 Compartment Mail Sorter Letter Holder Organizer in Black has large slots to accommodate over-sized envelopes. Stack up to two high to increase sorting capability. Black plastic molding does double-duty, first as an attractive accent to the finish and second as a label holder for identifying the bins (labels are included). Durable laminate finish will compliment any setting. Solid fiberboard back provides stability for the unit.

How will I know when my order has shipped?

  • After you order, the item undergoes quality control and is then carefully prepped and packaged. Once it has been processed and is out for delievery, you will receive a tracking number and be able to track your order here.

How will my items be delivered to me?

  • Smaller items will most likely come through FedEx/UPS and will be delivered in the same way any other FedEx/UPS delivery is delivered to your home or business.
  • Larger items are likely to be delivered through freight truck. A courier from our delivery carrier will be in touch with you to schedule the best date/time for delivery and to discuss any access requirements (i.e. stairs present at property, home entrance door measurements for a sofa delivery, etc.)

Would I be able to receive my items sooner?

  • Customer service and satisfaction is of utmost importance to us at Luxuriors. To ensure all of our items reach your home in perfect condition, every item of every placed order undergoes a rigorous quality check and is carefully packaged and delivered by our industry-leading delivery partners who possess extensive experience in furniture packaging and delivery.
  • In stock items normally have the standard delivery time of 3-7 business days. This timeframe could be sooner dependant on your location to our warehouses and the delivery option chosen at Checkout. If you seek expedited shipping faster than or other options than the options that are presented to you at Checkout, please contact us to discuss this. 
  • Items that are custom made to order, pre-order, backordered, or out of stock will take longer and will be delivered once they are in stock. Please reach out to us if you seek expedited shipping for any of these items and we will present you with options and pricing for this.

I changed my mind, how do I cancel my order?

  • As long as items in your order are still being processed, you are able to cancel your order without any fees. If your order is out for delivery, cancellation of your order or an item in your order will be treated as a return. 

How do I return an item?

  • Please fill out the return form within 48 hours of delivery. 
  • You will be charged for shipping charges related to your return. For larger items (items which are likely delivered by freight truck), a flat restocking fee of 5% of the item value or a minimum of $20 may be charged.

Delivery & Shipping Information
Depending on your location, type and size of product, different delivery prices may apply. You can see the delivery cost for each item in the ‘Delivery’ section on each of the product pages, as well as estimated delivery times.
Due to size and weight, select items may require a delivery surcharge. You'll find the cost indicated on the product page and/or communicated at checkout.
Luxury Loft Co. will do its absolute best to ensure accurate shipping costs are presented to you. If the shipping cost is changed due to factors outside of our control or requires further confirmation from our shipping courier(s) and white-glove delivery partners, we will contact you as soon as possible to communicate this to you.
If not crafted directly by or held in stock at a Luxury Loft Co. warehouse, your product(s) will be shipped to you directly by the individual supplier(s), therefore shipping times can vary and your order may arrive in multiple packages. Estimated shipping times can be found on the product page under the ‘Delivery’ tab.
Orders sent from the EU to non-EU countries may incur local duties and taxes. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount, therefore these are not included in your order and will need to be paid locally upon receipt.
Please contact your local customs office if you need further information before placing your order. If you refuse to pay the charges due on the parcel, it will be abandoned by your country's customs authority and you will not be refunded. If there are any outstanding charges (including, but not limited to: holding fees, entrance fees, abandonment fees) these may also be billed to your payment method also.
Additional Specialist & White Glove Delivery
If a product requires a specialist delivery service, or comes with a white glove delivery service, our team will be in touch to arrange a delivery date with you. Items in an order that do not require a specialist delivery service and/or a white glove service may be delivered separately to these specific products.
Are All Products Suitable for Use In and Shipping to My Country?
Luxury Loft Co. works with the best furniture and home décor artisans, manufacturers and suppliers. You can find information on product specifics, such as compliance information and country use suitability i.e. for electronics and light fittings, on the product page. Please do reach out to us if you have any questions surrounding a particular product.
All care will be taken to notify our international customers, but Luxury Loft Co. cannot be responsible for the return or adaptation of goods ordered to international markets that are not suitable for use in that market.
Where Do My Products Ship From?
Your product(s) may be shipped to you directly from the individual supplier(s); therefore, they will be sent from the country that the supplier is based in. We do try to provide this information on the product page as well as during checkout and in the order confirmation.
If a product is designed by Luxury Loft Co. or held in a Luxury Loft Co. warehouse, they will be sent from Luxury Loft Co. directly.
Please be aware that you are responsible for paying any customs and duties incurred in the delivery of your order.
Can I Have My Parcel Redirected to a Different Address?
We are unable to change your delivery address once your order is confirmed and ready to ship. However, if your item has not shipped, we may be able to change the delivery address for you.
Please contact within 24hrs of placing your order and we will endeavour to update the address. You can access detailed tracking information via the Track My Order page.
Standard Delivery
We offer standard delivery across the UK. Delivery is FREE for orders with a goods value of over £200. For orders with a goods value of less than £200.00 we charge a flat fee of £6.95.
Standard Delivery means that our aim is that for all orders received before 12pm Monday to Friday (Excluding Bank Holidays) Luxury Loft Co. or the relevant supplier will despatch on the same day or within 48 hours following a quality check with your order delivered within the next 2 to 5 working day subject to external conditions like extreme weather.
Not all items may fall under Standard Delivery as this is subject to factors such as product type, product size, product availability, product customisation, product personalisation, or made to order conditions which will require extra time for design, production, quality check and delivery. We will keep you updated on every step and delivery expectations.
Please note that when your order is dispatched from our couriers or the supplier’s couriers, you will be contacted with tracking details to enable you to follow your parcels journey. This is a tracked service and you will be able to monitor your parcel’s progress via the tracking number on our Track Your Order page or via the link in your order dispatch email. You may also be able to track your item through the nominated courier's platform. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is ready and able to accept delivery.
Depending on the courier used, a safe place can be assigned, or redelivery or collection arranged.
If goods are returned to us as undeliverable either because of an incorrect address, refusal by the customer to accept or because of failure to contact the courier or collect from the local Delivery Office, once goods are received back we will refund the value of the goods less any costs charged to us by the courier for the return journey. If you require the goods to be re-despatched there will be a further delivery charge for this.
If an incorrect postcode or address is given to us and we are not notified of the revised address before the parcel is despatched then any costs to redirect to a new address must be covered by you, this is likely if the revised address involves the courier re-routing the parcel through a new depot.
International Delivery
Most of our suppliers deliver to the UK and EU. Information on delivery will be provided on the product page.

Stock Availability
We source our products from a wide range of design houses both in the UK and internationally. The vast majority of our products are held in stock in our warehouse or in our suppliers’ warehouses and as such are available for immediate dispatch unless the item is made-to-order or of a similar nature.
Occasionally, we will experience stock shortages of certain items whilst we await supply. In such instances, you will be contacted immediately by one of our Customer Team to inform you of the estimated delivery time.
